Local World part of The Trinity Mirror Group are looking for a Commercial Videographer to join the team in Leicester. This role will focus on creating, recording and producing moving images, sound and videos for marketing campaigns sold by sales consultants across the East Midlands region of Trinity Mirror.

The secondary purpose will be to create videos for our events team across the East Midlands. The videos must be to a professional standard and meet Advertising Legislation Standards as well as the commercial objectives of Trinity Mirror East Midlands.

This role would suit an agile person who has a passion for videography and experience of working in a customer facing environment.

You will have good shooting and editing skills, and graphics skills are desirable too. You will be flexible in working hours to accommodate our customer needs.

Ideally, you will be of video graduate calibre (or similar) and accomplished in working with both internal and external customers.

What you'll be doing

In order to success in this role, you will:

  • Follow a brief supplied by the sales consultant, create a video and deliver within deadline
  • Provide a bespoke service, tailored to tell the story of the customer - planned, shot, and edited
  • Provide a filming style that is authentic, seamlessly edited with the music and compliments the tone of the business.
  • Liaise with customer from conception to delivery
  • Use resources from multi- media websites
  • Upload onto Trinity Mirror and customer websites and social media within timely deadlines.
