Stirling Observer, a bi-weekly newspaper and part of Media Scotland Ltd, is looking for an experienced full-time reporter.

What you will be doing
You will be a hard news reporter experienced in covering court, council, police and community councils. You will also have the ability to generate story ideas, build a network of contacts and turn your hand to features. You will be able to write copy for both our print and digital audiences and help create and curate further multi-media content.
You will have an NCTJ qualification or equivalent and the skill to produce content that is compelling and engaging. We expect our employees to maintain the highest personal standards of professionalism and integrity at all times within the framework of current legislation. Ensuring that Trinity Mirrors editorial and company policies are upheld across the newsroom and maintaining a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of media law and IPSO code is required.
